Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Vip-Paid-Mails . program
you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Vip-Paid-Mails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or
delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without
prior notification to its members.
Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy
via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up
with Vip-Paid-Mails. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse
is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation
in the Vip-Paid-Mails program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site
will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY KNOWN CHEATERS AND OR SCAMMERS FROM THE SITE, WHETHER THEY BE FORMER OWNERS AND OR KNOWN CHEATERS AS A MEMBER OF ANOTHER SITE
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.
Our program is open to both US and International members
and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You MUST be able to read and understand English
to maintain an account at Vip-Paid-Mails.
If you are found to be Intentionally Trashing, Bashing, or Harassing
Vip-Paid-Mails.com OR Vip-Paid-Mails Admin/Staff
on ANY Public Forum/Discussion Board Your Account
Can and WILL be Terminated. This does not say
you cannot engage in Discussions regarding this Program, However Trashing,
Bashing and Harassment of Vip-Paid-Mails.com or The Staff/Admin
WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!
Any emails and or admins or other communications from this site is the sole property of this site and may not be reprinted without approval and consent.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address
in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.
You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses.
Your computer must not be shared with another individual
that has an existing Vip-Paid-Mails account.
You must have your OWN payment processor ID
- sharing a payment processor account with another member will be
considered a duplicate account and both will be removed.
You must contact admin if you need to use or share a computer in cases of emergency.
You will use your email address / password combination to access
your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging
into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
Vip-Paid-Mails account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity
deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by
Vip-Paid-Mails be detected here or at another site/program
it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email
for purposes of receiving credit in your account
will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used
when signing up Vip-Paid-Mails .
of a move..please notify admin.
You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Vip-Paid-Mails ,
limited to no more than (75) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed
or blocked to messages from Vip-Paid-Mails ,
your account will first be placed to the onsite mail box, if
the full or mail address not accessible return continues
your account will be terminated.
This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being not deliverable.
Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
You can not send any mail as attachments to the mail boxes,
it will be deleted with out reading!!
All advertising must be sent as regular mail would be, no attachments.
IF YOU ARE NOT FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES
AND FOUND TO BE CLICKING SEARCH LINKS,
YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT DELETED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT QUESTION!!:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
United Kingdom and United States.
Note..this does not include the searches considered to be international searches.
Other countries on some search engines may also be allowed to search..
this will be taken into consideration.
VACATION STATUS:
Vacation periods must not be set over 30 days without admin permission.
When your 30 days are over you must be active within 5 days or your account may be deleted.
KEYWORDS/INTERESTS:
All rules apply to upgraded members too
We have several "bad/cheat" keywords/interests,
this assists us in finding the members that can not
understand English. If your account is found
to have ANY of these keywords
selected your account will be deleted and all earnings forfeited.
CHEAT LINKS/ENGLISH TESTS:
As a member of you agree to receive occasional
Reading Test / English test / cheat links.
While we do not enjoy sending them, they are a necessary evil.
Members who fail the English/Reading tests and/or click cheat links
will have their accounts deleted and forfeit all earnings accumulated in their account.
We have a 3 strike policy at Vip-Paid-Mails,
there are no second chances.
All cheat links/English tests/Reading tests
may be sent SOLO with no other advertisements or at the bottom of every email.
You may be required to upgrade if you have been consistent in clicking bad turing numbers or cheat links to redeem for your earnings.
If you are found to click an "Invisible" cheat link
there will be no second chances..t
this wil be one time and your account will be deleted.
As this indicates cheat bots or cheat software.
Link Sharing / Accessing Paid Links:
Vip-Paid-Mails does NOT permit link sharing.
Link sharing is the posting of our paid links on a forum / web site / mailing list, etc.
for the direct purpose of sharing those links with others.
Any members caught link sharing will have their accounts deleted immediately.
You are not permitted to access the paid links for Vip-Paid-Mails
in any way other than what is considered the "norm" by us.
This means viewing source code to pull links
and automatic click software programs, among other various ways
to harvest links, are all prohibited.
If caught your account will be deleted immediately.
NO exceptions.
You are expected to read your emails then follow
the paid link to the advertisers web site.
If you use our PTC sections,
then you are expected to login to your member area,
and manually click the banners/links in the PTC sections to visit the advertisers site.
This is a piad to read site, you are expected
to read the e-mails ads as well!
Selling Redemptions/Accounts :
Vip-Paid-Mails does NOT permit the selling of redemptions to others.
Redemptions are for members ONLY ! If you are caught selling your
redemptions your account will be deleted immediately without question.
The selling of accounts is permitted only with prior approval from us.
If you sell an account without our prior approval the account will be deleted immediately.
REFERRING NEW MEMBERS:
New members must be active within 7 days of joining
Members found to not be active and clicking links and banners
on a regular basis will be deleted and referral bonuses removed from the refers account.
Please remember this is a paid to read site
Members found only clicking on banners
without prior permission of owner to only do banners ptc's
wiil be deleted without notice
From time to time the site owners may send you a letter via your listed
email address. So you must have a working e-mail address
If contacted a reply is expected witin a reasonable amount of time
This shall not exceed 5 days
You must reply to the owners mail or be deleted without further notice
If you have to be on vacation
your account must be noted as to vacation or extended leave
No one is exempt from this including upgraded members
INACTIVITY:
Free Members and Free Upgraded Members (Alien): Not logging in within 20 days and clicking paid mails and paid to click banners will result in having your account deleted due to inactivity.
This means you must be actively clicking paid mails,, and paid to click banners. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please see PAYMENT TERMS for more information.
Upgraded Paid Members: Not logging in within 45 days and clicking paid mails and paid to click banners will result in having your account deleted to inactivity. See above. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please see PAYMENT TERMS for more information.
Advertising policy:
ALL ADVERTISING MUST BE IN ENGLISH!!
NO REDIRECTING ALLOWED!!
No advertising will be allowed for gambling sites,
drug or any type of drug related sites,
any former owner of a program deemed to have scammed
or possibly taken members earning
and "disappeared", no adult or porn sites (unless special catergory for adult sites is added in the future),
No advertising of randomizers, MLM, ponzi or any other suspected schemes.
Any susupected scam sites or unsustainable sites will not be allowed, as deemed by program owner.
Redeeming for advertising:
If you do a redemption the ad must be included
in the redemption or it will be deleted and points or earnings
will not be returned to the account.
Also banners must be ready to use..it is not Vip-Paid-Mails
responsibility to find the banners for you or to load them for you.
They must be ready to use.
If you do not know how to do this contact us and we will provide help for you or see the Banner Helper page in the menu.
Due to many bouncing emails we may decide to not accept some mail addresses or to set those with bouncing mails to onsite only.
Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount.
You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Cheat Links and Banners:
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K
If you click these links or banners your account may be terminated without notice to you.
If this happens your account will not be restored and you will lose all earnings and referrals.
The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Vip-Paid-Mails are independent contractors,
and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Vip-Paid-Mails .
Vip-Paid-Mails reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account.
You understand that you do not have authority to make
or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Vip-Paid-Mails .
You may not make any statement,
whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.
You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Vip-Paid-Mails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or related to this Agreement or Vip-Paid-Mails program,
even if Vip-Paid-Mails has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furthermore, Vip-Paid-Mails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement
will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Your account must be in good standing to be paid.
If you have cheat links on your account, you may be considered to not be in good standing
You WILL NOT be paid within 30 days of having clicked a cheat link!!
Just because you request a payout does not mean you can become inactive, you still must be active every 20 days which means logging in and clicking links. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please note - ThirtyFive (35%) of your personal earnings MUST be in paid to read emails - you will not be paid if you are only clicking banners.
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered
their member ID in the area on the website provided by Vip-Paid-Mails
Members may earn by referring new members to the Vip-Paid- Mails program.
Members will earn from referrals earnings.
Members will be paid via Paypal/Alert Pay or Money Orders to US and Canada only (fee is $1.00) Vip-Paid-Mails will pay members
when their balance reaches the correct amount for your membership level
and they request payment.
Payment amounts are according to the free or upgraded membership.
You MUST be in good standing with no cheat links listed on your account
You must have at least 35% of earnings from PAID TO REAL EMAILS!! as this is a paid to read site, not a paid to click site!
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with
Vip-Paid-Mails and may result in legal prosecution.
Vip-Paid-Mails strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately
and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable
for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. Vip-Paid-Mails
may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination
of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times
from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Vip-Paid-Mails
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
You have double opted to be a member of Vip-Paid-Mails , once by your
sending for the sign up form and then again by filling out your information
and actually joining.
You therefore agree to receive mailing from Vip-Paid-Mails and their advertisers.
If for any reason you decide to no longer be a member;
you must either log into your account and delete your account
or send a mail to the staff requesting we do so for you.
In either method of deleting your account,
it may take up to 7 days to stop receiving mails
at the mailing address you used tosubscribe to Vip-Paid-Mails .
You by joining this site agree to all the above.
THESE TERMS MAY BE CHANGED OR UPDATED AT ANYTIME!!
NOTICE OF SUCH CHANGES WILL BE SENT IN MAIL ADS OR SPECIAL UPDATES.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THESE TERMS
IF YOU CAN NOT READ OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS PROGRAM.
